1. Returns policy
You can return any items purchased from the TAKATA CHILD SEATS SHOP free of charge within 30 days of purchase if bought in Germany, Austria or the Netherlands.
2. Returning items
To make it as easy as possible for you to return items, you can use the parcel delivery service of your choice. Please ensure the package containing your item has the correct postage affixed and remember to use the returns label (see return form for address). Once we have received the returned item, we will reimburse you for the postage costs. Please make sure to complete your bank details on the returns label and send a copy of your postage receipt to us at email@example.com.
Please retain proof of posting as evidence that you have returned the item. It also includes a tracking number for the package.
The time it will take to process the refund will depend on the payment method you used when purchasing the item.
We will transfer the amount owed to your bank account.
We will credit the amount owed to your credit card. Please note that this payment will usually show up in your statement the following month.
We will refund the amount owed to your PayPal account.
